Deborah Allen, RN PED-BC
Assistant Director of Love Unconditional, Inc.
Deb not only provides consultations for decisions regarding the care of children in our programs as our pediatric nurse, but she also actively contributes to our administrative office and mission activities. Additionally, she serves as the Treasurer for Love Unconditional.
Lucille Wilson
Missionary
In addition to helping with day-to-day activities, Missionary Lucia mentors youth and children, and is also our master gardener! You can follow Lucille on Facebook where she shares photos and stories about her life and mission work in Montellano and surrounding areas in the Dominican Republic.
Hilda Ilsa Kingsley Martinez
Ministry Partner | Director of Hilda’s House & Community Center
Hilda directs Casa de Hilda y Centro Comunitario and oversees Love Unconditional partnership programs in the Dominican Republic. She has received recognition and service awards on multiple occasions from local government officials in the Dominican Republic for her work in communities in the Montellano area.

Pastoral Care Minister | Counselor at Hilda’s House and Community Center
Pastora Morena runs an outreach program to widows and the elderly, counsels at-risk youth who have experienced trauma, delivers meals and grocery relief to families in crisis, and provides pastoral care in times of hardship.
