Heart to Heart Outreach ministers to widows, elderly, and disabled persons. Without social services, maintaining health and nutrition can become difficult. Supplemental groceries, medicine, and pastoral home visits are all part of this outreach program. In addition to year-round outreach, Love Unconditional has partnered to offer mobile medical clinics, health and wellness workshops, and reading eyeglass clinics.
